1) Validity of research responses/material |
|

As anyone is free to publish information on the Internet, the validity and reliability of information is sometimes hard to establish. Convenient.info can therefore not be responsible for information that turns out to be false, misleading or out-dated. However, we promise we will do our best to ensure the quality of the research we deliver. |

2) No money back guarantee |

We have chosen to charge as a low fee as possible for our service, this in practice means that we will have to charge for the time spent by our researchers on each task. Therefore the more precise you formulate your research query the better the results will be in the end. |

3) Confidentiality |

We will not give away information about a research tasks given to us to anyone else, neither will we use you as a reference without your consent. |

4) Private accounts |
|
| |
Your subscription to Convenient.info will give you access to your own private account. If you would like to extend the access to this account to a larger group of people, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@convenient.info for more information on subsidised accounts for companies and groups. If you wish to use Convenient.info as part of your own business and thus offer or sell the service to your own customers, we would want to approve of this first. |

5) Additional costs |

In order to keep our charges low, we will instead charge you for any additional costs acquired in relation to your research request. This might be membership charges, subscription fees, licences etc. We will of course inform you of the charges in advance as to get your approval. |

6) Personal data |
|
| |
We will under no circumstances use your personal/company data for anything else but to submit the response to your research query. We will never pass your personal/company data on to anyone else. |

7) Suspension from Convenient.info |
|
| |
We reserve the right to suspend any person, group or company that is found to misuse the service. If such a suspension would occur we will repay the remainder of the yearly subscription fee as from the day of suspension. We will also subtract any additional charges acquired on behalf of the subscriber or any other outstanding debts owed to Convenient.info. |

8) Fees and charges |

When you agree to the terms spelled out in this document you also accept the current rates set for subscription to convenient.info, this includes the hourly rate as well as the yearly subscription fee. |

9) We will not break the law |
|
| |
Any assignment or request that would require us to break the law will be refused. We also reserve the right to turn down any assignment that we find unethical or offensive. |

10) Service Agreement |

We promise you that we will do everything in our power to supply you with the information requested as fast, easy and cost-effective as possible. Put plainly, we promise to deliver convenient information! |
