How to determine the number of hours for a particular research assignment? |

Convenient.info will do an initial scan to check availability of information through our information sources and will get back to you with an estimation of the research time. A clear estimate is given to the customer in advance and we will await customer confirmation to start on the assignment. |

How do we calculate the deadline of each research assignment? |

The default deadline for a research assignment would be 5 working days + the time required for the research query. This includes full research, reporting, quality assurance and dispatching a softcopy report to the customer. |

How do express queries work? |

An express query is a priority assignment where convenient researchers will ignore the default deadline and commence research immediately after the research query is received. An additional charge of 200 SEK applies to each express query up to 10 hours and thereafter for each hour and additional 20 SEK would be charged on top of the research hour cost. |

How do I know if the researcher has correctly interpreted my query requirements? |

The researcher contacts the customer directly via email if the query requirements are unclear. Through email correspondences the customer and the researcher can come to an understanding of the specific requirements. If further clarifications are needed the researcher will contact the customer via telephone to get more details on the query. Also the researcher can send in a part report at half time and check with the customer if the requirements are correct. |
